      Grave V. Hedges, 69, of Morro Bay died Tuesday, Aug. 7, 1990, at her residence.
      Private services were held.
      Mrs. Hedges was born Feb 25, 1921, in Placerville.
      She had been a resident of Morro Bay for 36 years and was a former resident of La Crescenta.
      She worked at the Morro Bay Marina and was the former owner of the Hearth and Home Shop in Morro Bay.
      She did volunteer work for many organizations.
      Mrs. Hedges is survived by four sons, Kenneth Valley of Bakersfield, Patrick Hedges of Los Osos, Howard Hedges of Coalinga and Tim Hedges of San Luis Obispo; a brother, Stan Wider of Yuba City; two nieces in Yuba City; and several grandchildren.
      She was preceded in death by her husband, Al, in 1968.
      Contributions may be made to a favorite charity.
      Arrangements are by Benedict-Rettey Mortuary in Morro Bay.
