The cemetery is located in Mayfield on the north side of E. Cemetery Road with entrances at its intersection with N 7th Street and N 6th Street. The cemetery has entrance monuments, called the “Confederate Memorial Gates in Mayfield”, that were gifted to the cemetery by the United Daughters of the Confederacy. The monuments consist of three pairs of stuccoed concrete posts. Gates are connected to the set of posts at the main entrance. When closed the gates read “The United Daughters of the Confederacy Memorial”. The cemetery is also the site of the Woolridge Monuments.
