Notes - Culter –Virginia Dougherty, formerly a long time resident of Tulsa, died January 19, 1991 of natural causes at Texas Terrace Convalescent Center in Minneapolis where she had been a resident for the past 1 1/2 years. Survived by son, John D. Culter and a daughter-in-law, Shirley A. Culter, granddaughters, Karen G. Culter and Judith Leavesley, Grandson, Kirk Leavesley all of Minneapolis and granddaughter Shawna I. Thomson and Great-grandson, Zachary J. Thomson of Phoenix. Service 10 a.m., Wednesday. First Christian Church Chapel. Memorial donations may be given to the First Christian Church of Tulsa.
