Bentley - Edith R. Krauss, 86, died Nov. 29, 1989 at Harrisonville, Mo. Born Edith R. Drury Dec. 20, 1902, in Sedgwick County, she married Edward Krauss Feb.12, 1933, at Viola. He died Jan. 25, 1971. A homemaker, she lived most of her married life in rural Bentley. She was a member of Bethany Baptist church, near Bentley.
Survivors: son, Stanley Krauss, Des Moines, Iowa; daughter, Ruth Davis, Harrisonville, Mo.; brothers, Roy and Raymond Drury, both of Wichita; and two grandchildren.
Funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Eugene Bandy. Burial will be in Pleasant Valley Cemetery, Beverley. Friends may call from 1 to 09 p.m. today at Wulf Mortuary, Mount Hope. Memorials may go to the church.
