    • Welsh – Hard W. Welsh of Mount Shasta, was pronounced dead at Mount Shasta Healthcare Center Wednesday. He had been working in his yard when he collapsed. He was 70. Siskiyou County Coroner Bud Taylor said death was apparently due to a heart attack. Funeral arrangements are being made by Mount Shasta Memorial Chapel.
