Notes - Mrs Elsie I. McKeown, 92, of Clarinda died Wednesday night (Dec 23, 1987) at Goldenrod Manor Nursing Home.
She was born Jan 18, 1895, at Braddyville, the daughter of Thomas Wayne and Manie Fine Davison. On May 18, 1921 she was married to Clark McKeown, who preceded her in death in 1980.
Mrs McKeown had worked at Connors Store before her retirement.
She is survived by a sister-in-law, Mildred Davison of Clarinda, one niece and several cousins.
Funeral services were held this Monday afternoon at Walker-Merrick Funeral Home with Rev Mark Witmer officiating.
