Notes - Hugh Walkinshaw and wife of Page county, Iowa, were here last week the guests of A.J. McConaughy and wife and other relatives. They returned home Friday. While here Mr. Walkinshaw had the misfortune to trip and fall on a loose board in one of our defective sidewalks which laid him up for several days. He did not bring suit for damages, but would have done so had the injury been more sever, or permanent.

[4, 5] - Mrs. A.J. McConaughy and three daughters, Sadie, Etta and Zella, left this morning for Thermopolis, Wyoming, near which place they have taken a homestead and will live for some time.

[4, 5] - Funeral services for Mrs. Jane G. McConaughy, who died at her home, 305 South Birch street, June 24, 1922, will be held at the Smith and Tuthill chapel Tuesday, June 27, at 10 a.m. The Rev. J.G. Kennedy, pastor of the United Presbyterian church of Santa Ana, will officiate. Interment will be made at the Fairhaven cemetery.
