Survivors include his widow, Rose; three sons, Lawrence, Stillwater, Okla., Lowell, Baldwin City, Kan., and Merlin, Merriam, Kan. and four sister, Mrs. Alice Lipper, Topeka, Mrs. Virginia Dodds, Penny Farms, Fla., Mrs. Francis Asher, Sterling, Kan., and Mrs. Blanche Wohlenberg, Liberal, Kan.
