Notes - Howard Glasgow
Albion, Neb., DNS – Funeral services for Howard Glasgow, 58, who died in a hospital here Wednesday afternoon following a long illness, were held Friday afternoon at the Methodist Church. The Rev. Richard Dinsdale officiated, and hymns were sung by the Rev. and Mrs. Dinsdale.
The body was taken to Ft. Collins, Colo., for burial Saturday.
Howard Louis Glasgow was born June 10, 1893, at Mt. Clare, Neb., the son of Mr. and Mrs. Adam Glasgow. The family moved to Ft. Collins, Colo., in 1912.
Oct. 29, 1921, he was united in marriage with Augusta Fleming at Ft. Collins. In 1922 they came to Albion where he went into business with his brother, David W. Glasgow.
He is survived by his wife; one daughter, Betty Jean, Lansing, Mich.; one son, Louis Howard, and two grandchildren, Schottsbluff, and two sisters and two brothers.
He was preceded in death by four sisters and one brother.
