Mrs. Ida Maud Glasgow Buck, 73, of Normal, Ill., who had been visiting at the home of her son, Howard G. Buck, 3434 C avenue NE, died at the Buck home at 7:15 a.m. Friday after a ten-day illness of pneumonia. She was born in Mount Sterling, Ill, Dec.1, 1863, and in addition to her husband, Fred F. Buck, she is survived by two sons, Howard G., Cedar Rapids; Arthur G., Somervile, N.J.; a daughter, Mrs. Harold Powell of Polo, Ill.; three brothers, Allen H., and Adam M. Glasgow, both of Powell, Wyo.; J.D. Glasgow, Mount Sterling, Ill.; a sister, Mrs. Lulu E. McNeill, Overland, Mo.; four grandchildren, Jane and Virginia Powell of Polo, Ill, Norman Weatherbee Buck and Frederick Roger Buck, both of Cedar Rapids, and several nieces and nephews. The body is at the Beatty chapel pending funeral arrangements.
