He was preceded in death by his parents, Francis and Wilda (Nighswonger) Kinney and his brother, William Kinney. He is survived by numerous cousins, especially Marilyn Kinney Wynde of Alton, Ill. He will be fondly remembered by a host of former students and teachers from his years teachings in the Art Dept at Southeast HS.
