- Virgil D. Hasenyager
Virgil D. Hasenyager, 62, of 4930 Marsh, died yesterday at the Veterans hospital. He was born in Norcatur, Kas., and lived here 23 years. Mr. Hasenyager was an electrician for the Missouri Plating company before he retired. He was a Lutheran. Mr. Hasenyager was a Mason. He was a World War II veteran and a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Military Order of the Cooties. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Alice Hasenyager of the home; a son, Sgt. Clifford E. Hasenyager, with the Army in Germany; a daughter, Mrs. Veda M. Orth, St. Francis, Kas.; two brothers, Norman Hasenyager, Vietnam, and Fred W. Hasenyager, 9327 Dearborn, Overland Park; two sisters, Mrs. Doris Wallack, Norton, Kas., and Mrs. Louise Fountain, Whittier, Calif., and two grandchildren. Services will be held at 3 o’clock Saturday at the Sheil chapel, 6606 Independence; burial in White Chapel cemetery. Friends may call after 4 o’clock today at the chapel. A V.F.W. memorial service will be held at 7:30 o’clock tonight at the chapel.
