Willie Adams
Willie Adams, 63, 341 Westboro Road, Midland, died unexpectedly Monday in Clinton Memorial Hospital. His wife, Anna B. Wilmot Adams, to whom he was married August 12, 1934, survives.
Mr. Adams was born October 3, 1912 in Rock Castle County, Ky., a son of Eugene and Georgia Singleton Adams.
Surviving in addition to his wife are four sons, Cleveland Adams of Lufkin, Tex., William Adams of Wilmington, Ronald Adams of Blanchester, and Glenn Adams, at home; three daughters, Mrs. Joyce (Eugene) Ledford of Wilmington, Mrs. Evelyn (Donald) Lorentz Sr., of Midland, and Mrs. Norma (Paul) Shankland of Sacramento, Calif; 14 grandchildren; a brother, Eugene Adams of Vandalia, and two sisters, Mrs. Melissa Worley of Dayton, and Mrs. Ruth (Ashley) Justice of Aberdeen.
Services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. in the Hannah funeral home, Blanchester. Rev. John R. Greene will officiate. Burial will be in New Antioch Cemetery. Calling hours will be at the funeral home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday.
