Harold D. Smith, Age 75, of Trenton, OH passed away May 12, 2008 at Atrium Medical Center. He was born October 11, 1932 in Letcher County, KY to George R. and Eula (Ashley) Smith. He served in the Air Force between the Korean War and the Vietnam War with an honorable discharge. He worked for the City of Trenton as a meter reader and various other jobs for 20 years, retiring in 1993. Harold was a member of the Mt. Olivet United Presbyterian Church in Trenton; the V.F.W., Trenton Volunteer Fire Dept., Trenton Lions Club, and was an avid UK basketball fan. He is preceded in death by his parents and 5 sisters. Harold is survived by wife, Dorothy (Moore) Smith; children, Cheryl S. Foltz, David Smith, Barbara J. (Bill) Baudendistel, Lisa M. (Jeff) Million and Randy Smith of Trenton, OH; grandchildren Reanna "Nana" (Rob) Million, Bridget (Cory) Baudendistel, Ashley Smith, Skyler Foltz, Haley Smith and Corey Million; a brother; and 2 sisters. Visitation will be held May 15, 2008 from 5:00-8:00 PM at Baker-Stevens Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on May 16, 2008 at 1:00 PM at the funeral home with Rev. Chuck Testas officiating. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park with American Legion #218 Honor Guard Service.
