Notes - William Kenneth McGuire, 83, of Copper Creek passed away Sunday, March 13, 2022, at the Rockcastle Health and Rehab. He was the husband of the late Juanita (Wilmot) McGuire who preceded him in death on August 14, 2020. William was born August 17, 1938 in Rockcastle County to the late Lewis and Flora Edith (Baker) McGuire. He was a former mechanic and had worked in the log woods. William enjoyed rabbit and coon hunting, and riding his four wheeler down to his pond to check on his pet catfish. He really enjoyed playing softball, bowling and playing bingo. He loved to visit Dollywood and spending time with his family. He particularly loved telling tall tales to his grandchildren.
William is survived by
a daughter, Kennetha M. McGuire
two sons Kenny Eugene McGuire and Barry Michael (Karen) McGuire
Step Daughter, Tonya Ursprung
two sisters, Helen (Owen) Noel and Annalene (Wayne) Holman
a brother, Wilbur McGuire
Five Grandchildren: B.J., William E., Katarina, Ethan & Dalton McGuire
Great Grandson, Grayson McGuire
Step Grandchildren: Melissa, Bobbie Jo, Becky, Richard, Allison, Jonah, Katie & Zoe
