age 88, of Germantown, passed away February 4, 2005 at Sycamore Glen’s Nursing Home at Miamisburg. A long time resident of Germantown, OH, she was born in Crab Orchard, Lincoln Co., KY. She was preceded in death by her husband, Verlin E. Litton; her parents William Levi & Maggie (Wilmot) Phelps; a sister, Della Kidwell, and five brothers, Fran, Sherman, Edward, Woodrow, and William Gervis Phelps. Survived by her son and daughter-in-law Jan & Phyllis Litton of Cincinnati, OH; sister, Gertrude Harris of Ligonier, Pennsylvania; sister-in-law Verna Phelps of Spring Hill, LF; 12 nieces and nephews and numerous other relatives and friends. Burial will be private in Germantown Cemetery. If desired, memorials may be made to Germantown Rescue Squad, 240 S. Cherry St., Germantown, OH 45327. Arrangements by Arpp & Rott Funeral Home, Germantown.
