      Mrs. Mary Jane Lawson, 74, widow of D.H. Lawson, 3820 Wem Drive, died Tuesday. She was born in Evelyn, Ky., daughter of the late A.L. and Emmaline Ford Sams. She was a member of Parkway Baptist Church. Survivors are a son, Bert Allen Lawson, Minneapolis; two daughters, Lillian Newby and Edna Shupert, both of Lexington; a half-brother, McKinley Sams, Nicholasville, 5 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. Services 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home with the Rev. john Wallace officiating. Burial Blue Grass Memorial Gardens. Visitation drom 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. today.
