    • Ted McClanahan
      Ted McClanahan, 70, of St. Charles, died Wednesday (Jan. 26, 2000) at St. Joseph Health Center in St. Charles.
      Mr. McClanahan was a retired millwright from Leonard’s Metal, an aircraft parts manufacturer in St. Charles, where he had worked for more than 15 years. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1947 to 1951.
      Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Baue Funeral Home, 620 Jefferson Street, St. Charles. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be at St. Charles Memorial Gardens, 39650 West Clay Street.
      Among survivors are his wife, Margie McClanahan of St. Charles; three daughters, Lori Ann Schmiehausen, Kimberly Ann McClanahan and Lisa Kay McClanahan, all of St. Charles; two sons, Ted McClanahan of Ferguson and Mark McClanahan of St. Charles; 15 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
      Contributions can be made to the Diabetes Association in care of Baue Funeral Home, 620 Jefferson Street, St. Charles, Mo. 63301.
