    • Louise Wilmot, 74, of Brodhead died Sunday, January 1, 2006 at the Rockcastle Hospital. She was born on March 26, 1931 in Rockcastle County the daughter of the late Arthur and Media Harris Turner. She was a homemaker, enjoyed doll collecting and fishing and was a member of the Baptist faith.

      Survivors are: one son, Wayne Wilmott of Brodhead; three daughters, Linda Bishop (Dale) of Somerset, Donna Silcox (Mike) of Brodhead and Lisa Adams Samuel (William) of New Albany, Ind. and one brother, James Turner of Indianapolis, Ind. Seven grand children, and six great grandchildren also survive. She was preceded in death by: her husband, Everett "Chalkie" Wilmott; three brothers, John and Douglas Hoskins and Leon Harris and two sisters, Bonnie Campbell and Alice Ross.

      Services were held Wednesday, January 4, 2006 at the Cox Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Arnold Pingleton officiating. Burial followed in the Piney Grove Cemetery.
