Notes - Note on Find a Grave:
Wesley Anderson was born about 1823 in North Carolina. He probably died about 1850 in Grayson County, Virginia. His daughter Lutitia was born about Mar 1850 in Grayson County, and Wesley is not listed with the family for the Sep 1850 census.
In the 1862 death record for daughter Dianna, the informant is listed as sister A. M. Anderson.
Daughter Lutitia probably died between 1874 and 1889 when her husband Phillip Cress is listed as widowed when he remarries.
In the 1970 book by Lella Gertrude Saylors, Wesley's name is listed as Cam Anderson. In the death record for granddaughter Ora A. Anderson, her father (James Campbell Anderson) has his name recorded as Cam Anderson. Maybe Wesley's middle name was Campbell.
Children:
1- A. Maria Anderson (1845- ).
2- Dianna Anderson (1847-1862).
3- James Campbell Anderson (1848-1923).
4- Lutitia Anderson Cress [Crouse] (1850- ).
