      West Liberty – Charles D. Moore, 51, Dayton, Ohio, died at 9:30 a.m. Monday at his residence. He was a native of Wolfe County and a member of the Ezel Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite and the Antioch Shrine.
      Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Elma Moore; his mother, Mrs. Elsie Moore, Hazel Green; two sisters, Mrs. Golden Wheeler, Grassy Creek, and Mrs. Ruby Brewer, Dayton, Ohio, and a brother, Paul Moore, Hazel Green.
      Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday at the Hazel Green Christian Church by Dr. Gabriel Banks, the Rev. Carl Faulkner and the Rev. Oliver Mason. Burial will be in the Hazel Green Cemetery. The body will be brought to the Potter Funeral Home here at 2 p.m. Thursday.
