Notes - NEAL James H, 75, widower of Janie Ann Lunsford Neal, died Mon, Nov 23, 2009 at Central Baptist Hospital. Born in Lexington, KY, he was the son of the late James L. and Bessie Hillard Neal. Mr. Neal was a U.S. Army veteran and former member of the Kiwanis Club. He retired from Republic Diesel and formerly operated Rim and Wheel Service. Survivors include a daughter, Terry Neal, Lexington; and several nieces and nephews, James (Carol) Tuttle, Debbie (Mohammed) Seraji, Richard Jones, Wayne (Jackie) Jones, Ronald (Sandy) Jones, Carol Hattaway, Sue (Steve) Mitchell, Glenda Myers, and Gary (Zandra) Jones. Funeral services will be 12:30pm Mon at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home, Harrodsburg Rd. by Rev. Dave Parks. Burial will follow in Lexington Cemetery. Pallbearers will be James Tuttle, Thomas Clarkson, Rick Griffieth, Bill Arnold, Bill Messer, and Jerry Wilson. Honorary pallbearers will be Jack Hillard, and Tommy Neal. Visitation will be 3-8pm Sun at the funeral home. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Lexington Humane Society, 1600 Old Frankfort Pike, Lexington, KY 40504.
