Notes - Mr. Ulysses S. Moyers
Mr. Ulysses Simpson Moyers, 78, 1420 Daniels Sr., died Sunday in a local hospital.
He was born in Jackson County, Ky., and came to Orlando in 1939 from Berea, Ky. He was a painter for many years. Mr. Moyers attended the First Christian Church.
Besides his wife, Mrs. Leah A. Moyers, he is survived by seven daughters, Mrs. Merrill Davis, Mrs. George Metz, Mrs. John Laincz and Mrs. Kenneth Arnett, all of Orlando, Mrs. Lee Black, British East Indies, Mrs. Otis Dickinson, Cocoa Beach, and Mrs. Wallace Hooper, Cocao; four sister, Mrs. Minerva Lane, Lexington, Ky., Miss Pattie Moyers, and Mrs. Margaret Dean, both of Berea, Ky., and Mrs. Fannie Davis, Detroit, Mich., and 11 grandchildren.
Fairchild Funeral Home is in charge.
