Her dad as living with her and son in law, Thomas K. Massie in Mercer Co, WV in 1880.

Records point to her husband being Thomas Kelly Massie (1852-1931), son of Richard S Massie and Mary White.
If so, he married second to Margaret Ann Redd in 1885. By 1900 they lived in Plymouth, Mercer County, West Virginia and had six children.
All this would point to Nancy Phipps dying some time between 1880 and 1885.
