    • Mrs. Mary Ann Anderson
      Independence, Aug. 29 - Mrs. Mary Ann Anderson, 89, died at her home in Grant late yesterday. Surviving are six daughters, Mrs. Lucy Cornett of Flat Ridge, Mrs. Rachel Gore of Chilhowier, Mrs. Missouri Testerman of Atkins, Mrs. Hallie Gore of Grant, Mrs. Dora Wilson of Sugar Grove and Mrs. Jane Haga of Atkins, and two sons, G.S. of Marion and S.E. of Grant.
      Funeral will be at the Pine Branch Baptist Church at 2 p.m. Tuesday, with interment in the church cemetery.
      The Roanoke Times, Roanoke, Virginia. Tuesday, 30 August 1949.
