      Cynthia "Sytha" (Crawford) Bowman was the daughter of Archibald and Margaret "Peggy" (Brown) Crawford.

      Daughter of Archie Crawford and Peggy Brown. On Oct 9, 1829, she married Joseph Bowman, son of Elijah Bowman and Elizabeth Gentry. He was born in 1808. He died in the Civil War, on Jan 22, 1863.
