This Elisha Williamson Bowman, born 1815, is son of Elijah and Elizabeth Bowman.
Another Elisha W. Bowman, born 1811, is the son of Cornelius and Elizabeth Bowman. He married Mahulda Phillips.
Both Elishas lived in Owsley County at the same time.
Neither of them are the Elisha Bowman, born 1818, who married Evaline Thompson and lived in Breathitt County.
