Notes - 1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup flour
1 cup quick or rolled oats
1 cup chocolate chips
chopped nuts
Mix butter, sugar, egg, flour, and oats
Spread in 6"x10" pan
Bake 25 min at 325deg
Cool slightly and spread with melted chocolate chips
Sprinkle with chopped nuts
Cut into squares when chocolate hardens
