    • George Spivey killed.
      George Spivey, aged about 21, of Livingston, was killed Monday night by an auto on the pike between Parkers Creek and Livingston. He was walking along the pike on a sharp curve when struck by the car and died without retaining consciousness. Bradley Summers, also of Livingston, was arrested and placed under bond, accused of the killing, which of course was accident. Mt. Vernon Signal.
