Notes - Casper Spivey, 74, of Livingston died March 17, 1989 at Pattic A. Clay Hospital in Richmond.
He was born Sept. 21, 1915 in Rockcastle County, the son of Samuel and Clista Mahaffey Spivey and was a retired coal miner and a member of the Morning View Holiness Church.
He is survived by his wife, Bernice Spivey of Livingston and two sisters, Bertha Terry of Cincinnati, Ohio and Tessilene Carpenter of Livingston.
Services were March 19 at Morning View Holiness Church by Bro. Billy Medley. Burial was in the Bales Cemetery.
Dowell and Marin Funeral Home was in Charge of Arrangements.
Pallbearers were Jack Edwards, John Edwards, Larry Ponder, Jackie Ponder, Darrell Alcorn, Glen Parker and Paul Rowe.
