Notes - Roberts, George W., age 78, of Moraine, died Thursday p.m. at Kettering Medical Center, following a short illness. A native of Ill., Mr. Roberts moved to Ky. and has resided in the Dayton area since 1941. He was a retired employee of the Simonds Warden White Co., and a member of the Moraine City Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Bethel (Hundley) Roberts, his sons and daughters-in-law, George Jr. and Helen of Moraine, Delbert and Mary of Miami Twp., Doyle and Betty of Miami Twp., Dallas and Opal of Moraine, James and Connie of West Milton; 3 brothers, Delbert of Moraine, Mid of West Carrollton, Joe of Ky.; 1 sister, Ellen Ball of Ky.; 12 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday from the Moraine City Baptist Church will burial at Miami Valley Memory gardens. Friends may call at the Swart Funeral Home, W. Carrollton from 4-8 p.m. Sunday.
