    Farmer Hangs Self in Barn
    Yakima, Nov. 11 – Sheriff’s officers said Edward Reynolds, 46, committed suicide today by hanging himself in the barn at his family home east of Selah.
    The tragedy was discovered by the victim’s twin brother, Fred, about 7 a.m. The suicide victim had gotten up earlier to do the milking. He was reported to have been despondent over ill health.
    He was born in Booneville, Ky., and had lived in the valley 10 years.
    Besides the brother, he is survived by one other brother, and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Reynolds, who live on the same farm.

    Brown Reynolds
    Hamilton – Brown W. Reynolds, 71, died Thursday in his home south of Hamilton of an apparent heart attack.
    He was born in 1911 in Cow Creek, Ky., to William and Emma Reynolds.
    The family moved to Ohio and later came to Montana, where he received his formal education. He worked for Bitterroot Stock Farm in Hamilton and later moved to Anaconda where he was employed at the smelter. He then moved to Washington where he worked for a utility and later for Boeing Aircraft.
    In 1950 he entered evangelism and worked with youth. He retired from teaching in 1966.
    He married Dorothy Nerada in Canada in 1967. The couple lived in Oregon, Washington, Canada and moved to Hamilton in 1977.
    Mr. Reynolds drove a school bus for the Hamilton school system until November. He attended the Assembly of God Church.
    Survivors include two sons, Roger, Billings; and Phillip, Butte; two half-brothers, Morris Cole, in Kentucky, and Meredith Cole, in California’ a half-sister, Melinda Speaks, in Kentucky; and two grandchildren.
    Graveside services will be Monday at 2 p.m. at the Riverview Cemetery in Hamilton with the Revs. David Delgatty and Richard Knapp officiating.
    Cowling Funeral Home in Hamilton is in charge of arrangements.
