Stella Lucille Fritter, age 99, former resident of Richards, Mo., died Sunday, Aug. 8, 2010, at the Christian Health Center in Nevada, Mo. She was born March 29, 1911, in Fort Scott, Kan., the daughter of Daniel Jacob and Bertha Alice Jones Gardner. She married Louis William Fritter in 1931. He preceded her in death in 1967. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Fred and Jim Gardner, and her parents.
