Thomas G. Allin, 76, of 809 Park, died at 4:30 a.m. today in Fountain View Nursing Home, Elkhart, after an extended illness. He was a retired chef. He was born on July 28, 1901, in Harrodsburg, Ky., and had lived here seven years, after coming from Dallas. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Phyllis Maurer of Holmes Beach, Fla.; six grandchildren, and three brothers, Fred of South Bend, Dr. Robin of Madison, Wis., and Jack of, Norwich, N.Y. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, in the Welsheimer Funeral Home, 521 N. William. Rev. Donald I. Kaufman, pastor of Zion United Church of Christ, will officiate. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home. Allin was a veteran of World War I and World War II. Memorial contri
