      Charles A. Smith died this morning at 1:00 o'clock at the home of his father, Hiram Smith, five miles southeast of town, after a sickness of several weeks with typhoid fever and serious complications. He had been bedfast for twelve days. Mr. Smith has a wife and a son but did not live with them. He was still a young man. The funeral will be held from Wesley Chapel at 10:00 o'clock tomorrow morning and interment will be in Oakland cemetery. The remains will be taken from the home at 9:00.
