Notes - Marie A. Brown, age 88, of Potomac died at 3:59 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 10, 2010, at the home of her daughter in Rantoul.
She was born March 13, 1922 in Danville to Fred and Beryl Abernathey Branham. She married Verlon L. Brown on Nov. 22, 1945 in State Line, Indiana. He died Sept. 11, 1985. She was also preceded in death by one son, James, and two sisters.
She is survived by three daughters, Darlene (Wayne) McCormick of Potomac, Karen (Darrell) Nolan of Danville and Judy (Rick) Rexroat of Rantoul; nine grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
