- Elbert Snyder
Funeral services will be held Friday for Elbert T. Snyder of Palo Alto, a member of the Palo Alto Elks Lodge and a former supply agent at the U.S. Geological Survey Center in Menlo Park.
Snyder, who was 54, died Tuesday at his home at 285 Oxford Ave. in Palo Alto after a long illness.
He was a native of Illinois.

Snyder, husband of Mrs. Katharyn Snyder of Palo Alto; son of Mrs. May Snyder of Palo Alto; nephew of Edwin and Harmon Snyder both of Oklahoma City, Okla; a native of Danville, Ill., aged 54 years. A member of BPOE No.1471 of Palo Alto and a veteran of World War II. Friends are invited to attend services Friday, March 29, 1968, at 2 p.m. at the Tinney Funeral Chapel, 555 College Avenue, Palo Alto, under the auspices of B.P.O.E. Lodge No.1471. Interment, Alta Mesa Memorial Park. Memorials to the American Cancer Society are preferred.
