- Lila Culp Jungkind, 90, of Glen Rose, passed away on Saturday, December 7, 2019.
Lila was born on December 22, 1928 in Burnet, Texas to Custer and Orbra Owens. She loved her family and she was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She loved the Lord and was very faithful. She was an active member of Cornerstone Christian Fellowship in Glen Rose.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Fred Culp, second husband, Reeves Jungkind, parents, Custer and Orbra Owens, siblings: Violet Mullins, Dee Galloway, Peggy Powell and Ally Owens and great-granddaughter: Lila Culp.
Lila is survived by her son: David Culp and wife Delynn, grandchildren: Rebekah York and husband Spencer, Miriam Stevens and husband Jason, and David Culp, Jr., and great-grandchildren: Madelynn Stevens, Mason Stevens, McKinley Stevens, and Elijah Culp.
Service: 10:00 AM. Thursday, December 12, 2019, Wiley Funeral Home Chapel, Glen Rose, Graveside service: 2:00 PM, Thursday, December 12, 2019, Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park, Colleyville, Visitation: 6:00 PM -8:00 PM, Wednesday, December 11, 2019, Wiley Funeral Home, Glen Rose. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Cornerstone Christian Fellowship Church for the Holiday Meal Ministry.
