    Carol Mae DeMoss, 75, of Princeton and formerly of Danville, passed away Saturday, June 27, 2015, at Liberty Village in Princeton, Illinois.
    Carol was born on Dec. 6, 1939 in Boston, Massachusetts to Roger and Phyllis (Easton) Feldman. She grew up in Boston, and her family then moved to California where she finished high school.
    Carol met the love of her life, William DeMoss in Norwalk, California and the two were married on Aug. 2, 1957. They later moved back to Danville where they would raise their family.
    Carol leaves behind her four children, Don (Susan) DeMoss, Edward “Ed” (Cindy) DeMoss, Roger (Cindy) DeMoss and Jennie Dale; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and her brother, Bill Feldman.
    She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Bill; a son, Michael DeMoss; a brother, Roger Feldman and a sister, Janet Foley.
    Carol was a homemaker, and enjoyed raising her four children and cooking. She was well known for her fudge and homemade dinner rolls. She also was a great quilter. After losing William in 1987, Carol returned to school and graduated from Eastern with a bachelor’s degree in library science and a minor in psychology.
