    Edith Cora Culp, 86, 211 S., Crawford, died Sunday, Nov. 11, 1990, at Fort Scott Mercy Hospital.
    She was born June 17, 1904 at Eva, MO., the daughter of Samuel and Janie Fields Moor. She married Christopher A. Culp Oct. 30, 1921, at Nevada, Mo. He died Nov. 13, 1979. Mrs. Culp was a member of the Brethren Church.
    Survivors include three sons, Christopher Culp, Redfield, Harold Culp, Balch Springs, Texas, and Paul Culp, San Antonio, Texas; a daughter, Shirley Mullins, San Jose, Calif.; 25 grandchildren; 42 great-grand-children; and three great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by five sons, John, Earl, LeRoy, Fredrick and Donald Culp; and four sisters, Dora West, Ida Gibson, Cecil Moore and Stella Wade; and two brothers, Jasper and George Moore.
    The Rev. James Koontz and the Rev. Tom Culp will conduct services at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Brethren Church, 1421 S. Margrave.
    Burial will be in Deerfield Cemetery, Deerfield, Mo.
    Memorials may be mad to the Brethren Church and may be left at the Konzntz-Cheney Funeral Home.

    Pallbearers for the funeral of Edith Cora Culp wer Martin Culp, Paul Culp, Kevin Culp, Darrel Culp, Greg Culp, and Ron Culp.
    Honorary pallbearers were Jerry Culp, Terry Culp, T. Paul Culp, and Jason Culp.
    Amy Wiggans and Delynn Culp, vocalists, were accompanied by Marilyn Minor.

    Survivors include his 12 children, Martin A. Culp of Bel Alton, Md., Thomas L. Culp of Husam, Wash., Lawrence A. Culp of Winterset, Iowa, Paul E. Culp of Lincoln, Neb., Terry L. Culp of Des Moines, Iowa, Mary Lou Humphreys of Ankeny, Iowa, Patricia A. Plumb of Woodward, Iowa, Lewis W. Culp of Nevada, Iowa, Rebecca S. Morrow of Newton, Iowa, Ruby J. Luke of Adel, Iowa, Rose Marie Walent of Riverside, Calif., and Bobby D. Culp of Adel, Iowa; a brother, Paul Culp of San Antonio, Texas; a sister, Shirley Mullins of Arvada, Colo.; 41 grandchildren; and 57 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, Harold Culp, Fred Culp, John Culp and LeRoy Culp; one grandson; and one great-grandson.
    Following cremation, memorial services will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, April 9, at the Konantz-Cheney Funeral Home, 15 W. Wall St., Fort Scott, Kan., 66701. Burial will follow at the Deerfield Cemetery in Deerfield, Mo.

    Hurst – Freddy Culp, a retired carpenter, died Friday at a Bedford nursing home. He was 60.
    Funeral will be at 10 a.m. tomorrow at First United Methodist Church in Bedford, where he was a charter member since 1956. Burial will be in Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park in Colleyville.
    Mr. Culp was born in Fort Scott, Kan., and had lived in Hurst for 33 years. He was self-employed in the trailer manufacturing business for 25 years. After retirement he built furniture in his spare time. He was a veteran of the Air Force.
    Survivors: Wife, Lolly [Lilly] Culp of Hurst; son, Greg Culp of Hurst; three brothers, Paul Culp of San Antonio, Harold Culp of Balch Springs and Chris Culp Jr. of Fort Scott, Kan.; Sister, Shirley Mullins of San Jose, Calif.; mother, Edith Culp of Fort Scott; and two grandchildren.

He married Shirley Jean Cowan Oct. 3, 1954 in Fort Scott. He was preceded in death by his children, Harold P. Culp Jr., Sherise Jean Tuggle, and Darryl Culp, and three brothers, Leroy, Fred and John Culp.
