    Obituary from Find a Grave states that John H. W. Trent was a physician. In the 1870 and 1880 US census, he is listed as a farmer. However, the information about his two wives and the names of some of his children from those census records match.


    Obituary from Find a Grave:
    Dr. John Henry Wesley Trent, 86, died of infirmities of age at the home of his grandson, Earl Trent, at 4 o'clock Thursday afternoon, having been in poor health more than a year and seriously ill about a week.
    He was born Sept. 18, 1847, at Danville, Ill., a son of Jabel and Sarah Rogers Trent, and had practiced medicine here about fifty years. He was married at Danville, Ill., to Helen Bensyl, and following her death was married to Sarah Sowers, also of Danville.
    Surviving are the widow: two daughters, Mrs. Olive Broadrick, of Georgia, and Mrs. Darwin Jordan, of West Lebanon, and a son, Clifford Trent, of Marshfield; 15 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. He was a brother to the late James Trent, Danville. A third daughter, Mrs. Mary E. Clark, preceded him in death.
    He was a member of the United Brethren church and civil war veteran, having served in Company K, 15th infantry. Only one member of this company survives him. Cassius Burton, of Newtown, now residing near Oakwood, Ill.
    Funeral services were held at Galloway chapel at 1:30 o'clock Sunday afternoon. Rev. Francis Grossman officiating. Burial was in Baltimore cemetery with Boord & Shelby in charge." - Covington Republican, October 27, 1933.

    She is also listed as Mabel Broderick on her son, William A. Sheen's, death certificate.

    Her obituary states her parents were John and Olive Cline.

    Mrs. Mabel Shean, of Rt.1, Midland, died today at 3:10 a.m. at The Medical Center after a lingering illness. She had resided in this community for the past 34 years and was a member of the Methodist Church.
    She was a native of Danville, Ill., and a daughter of the late John and Olive Cline.
    Survivors include her husband, C.E. Shean, Midland.
    The Columbus Ledger, Columbus, Georgia. Tuesday, 5 February 1963.
