Notes - Eileen Mackey, 95, of Urbana died at 9:45 a.m. Thursday (Feb. 7, 2013) at Provena Covenant Medical Center.
She was born April 15, 1917 in Henning to Leroy and Vera Fairchild Mitchell. She married Lawrence G. Mackey on June 15, 1935 in Danville. He preceded her in death on April 4, 1965. One brother; one sister; one grandson and son-in-law, Jim Norman also preceded her in death.
Surviving are her sons, Larry (Janet) Mackey and David (Ros) Mackey; daughters, Marlene (David) D'Armond and Dorothy Norman; 10 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren.
